HACKENSACK, N.J. – Authorities said they found nearly a half-pound of cocaine stashed in a car driven by an ex-con from Hackensack who was once accused of slashing a man talking to a woman who had his baby.
The victim in that incident told police he was had stopped by the woman’s home on Ramapo Brae Lane and was hanging out with her in his car when Mitchell, who used to live there, approached his car.
Allen got out to talk with Mitchell, but he quickly climbed in through the passenger side of the man’s car and slashed his right hand with a straight razor, police said at the time.
The woman had the razor stashed in a cellphone, police said.
